fan coil units are most commonly utilized to provide comfort cooling and heating to a space and are typically mounted above or flush with the ceiling or in a soffit. Each fan coil unit may be controlled by a thermostat mounted in the space. Each unit consists of a fan section capable of supplying up to 1,200 CFM as well as chilled and/or hot water coils sized up to 5 combined rows. Various air filtration options are also available, as are a number of additional standard and optional features.
